The method of MMPI. 90-factorial personality test
MMPI is the basic psycho-diagnosis method which reveals a full spectrum
of structural components of the person: a motivational orientation,
a self-estimation, style of interpersonal behavior, a character trait,
type of reaction to stress, the protective mechanisms, leading needs,
a background of mood, sexual orientation, a degree of person’s adaptation
and possible type of desadaptation, presence of mental deviations,
expressiveness leadership features, propensity to a suicide, predisposition
to alcoholism, and also quantitative and qualitative characteristics of
steady professionally important properties.
Luscher's test. Color's choice method
Luscher's test is based on experimentally established dependence between the person's preference
of the certain colors (shades) and its current psychological condition.
The test is intended for studying not realized, deep problems of the person, actual state,
basic needs, type of reaction, a degree of adaptation, expressiveness of painfully pointed
character traits and clinical displays. M. Ljushera's test is recommended to use by practical
psychologists, doctors and teachers in sphere of professional or personnel selection, family
consultation, and also for differential diagnostics, an individualization of measures of
psychological correction and psychotherapy. The program (M. Luscher's test) gives to the
psychologist full text interpretation, parameters at elections, and "psychographic scheme of the person".
Eisenck's IQ test
Test contains forty typical tasks. Tested person has limited time to answer all the given questions.
The test contains several blocks of tasks: graphic, numerical, alphabetic, etc.
Tested person should to use all intellectual resources, including intuition.
And on that what block of tasks he has solved, determining his intellectual abilities.
Landolt's test. Working-capacity diagnostics.
The method allows not only to estimate the general working capacity of
the person, but also to allocate its components which remain stable enough
in any kinds of activity: efficiency, speed, accuracy (faultlessness),
endurance and reliability.
Kettell's test. 16-factorial personality test.
Kettel's Multiple-factor personality test now is most often used in researches
of the person and has received high enough estimation at psychologists-experts.
As a result of diagnostics the person is described by 16 fundamentally independent
and psychologically substantial factors. Each factor assumes steady likelihood
communication between separate features of the person. R.Kettell's technique
reflects model of individually-psychological properties of the person and allows
to predict its real behavior.
